STUDIO POLICIES
Health Assessment Questions

To enter the studio, the following must be true:

You do not have a fever >38 degrees Celsius or feel you may have a fever, shortness of breath or difficulties breathing, new onset or worsening cough and/or sore throat and/or runny nose. 
In the event that you test positive for Covid 19 or are living with someone who has tested positive we ask you not attend class in-studio for a minimum of 5 days or whenever your symptoms have subsided (whichever comes first).


REservation/
Booking Policy

Classes must be pre-booked online or through the Mind Body App and are open for reservations 7 days in advance up to 15 minutes prior to class time. Cancellations for reserved classes must be made 4 hours before weekday classes M-F, 8 hours before 600am (M-F) and weekend classes (Sat, Sun) to avoid a cancellation fee. Class pass holders will be deducted one class and unlimited members or intro pass holders charged a $20 fee for late cancels or no-show classes. Cancellations for events or workshops must be received up to 24 hours prior to receive account credit. Late arrival and early departure is not permitted. Please arrive 10 minutes before class to secure their reserved space otherwise spaces will be given to wait-listed clients. Accounts with outstanding balances will be suspended from reservation privileges. Please email to re-activate a suspended account. Unlimited Members eligible for maximum 1 class per day. Memberships auto-renew every 28 days and classes do not roll over (28 day expiry).

Buddy Passes
 

Unlimited Monthly members receive 3 buddy passes per year. Have your buddy create a Barre West studio account HERE and phone or email the studio to have a class redeemed to her/his account. Buddy passes are only available to Monthly Unlimited membership holders (not eligible for class pass members).

Membership Suspension

Unlimited Auto Renew members may suspend their account for up to 30 days, one time per 12 month period. A $30 administration fee will be charged for suspensions to the credit card on file upon activation. Class pass memberships not elligible for suspension.

A suspension request form must be received a minimum of 10 days prior to the suspension start date. Suspension requests are not accepted over the phone and a form must be filled out to process the request. Intro pass and class pass memberships are not eligible for suspensions. 

Membership Cancellation

All Auto Renew memberships and contracts require a minimum of 30 days cancellation notice and are subject to the minimum term commitment outlined in the auto renew agreement.

Requests are not accepted over the phone. Cancellation forms must be submitted via email to process the request. Pro-rated payments may apply for cancellation notice periods that overlap the next membership payment.

Refunds + Returns

All class passes, class cards, memberships, workshop, training and retail purchases are final. No refunds or returns, account credits only. Class packages, workshops and trainings are non transferable and must be used by the original purchasing client.

Individual classes and class cards expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Intro offers must be activated within 30 days of purchase. Workshop passes are valid for the duration of the series and workshops valid only for the date purchased.

All retail sales are final.

WaitList

If a class is fully booked you may sign up on the wait-list. Clients on the wait-list are subject to all booking policies including late cancel. Individuals are responsible for monitoring their own wait-list status and attending class or cancelling their wait-list reservation on time. Failure to do so, or cancellation within the late cancel period, will result in a $20 late cancel fee.

Clients will be notified via text or email if added from the wait-list to the class no later than 30 minutes prior to class start time. Please subscribe to email and text notifications to ensure you’re up to date on waitlist status.

Etiquette Guidelines

Etiquette is key for community. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class. Late arrivals & early departure is not permitted, please stay for the whole class. We love to chat and joke around, but please refrain from speaking over your instructor throughout class. Be sure to check in with the front desk every class to confirm your attendance. If you are sick or feeling under the weather please refrain from visiting the studio. Turn off the world for the hour and keep cell phones out of the studio.
